All engagements are initiated through a formal Mandate Agreement executed between Resh Council and the relevant principal (buyer, seller, or issuing authority). No representation of exclusivity, authority, or capital commitment shall be inferred from preliminary communications, website content, or exploratory conversations.

3. Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention
